Construction of 108”feet Sri Sai Baba Statue, Marble Temple and a Tower of Sai Jyothi:
The construction of a sacred marble temple of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba on the top of a hill, Sai Jyothi on another hill and a 108 feet high Sai Baba Statue on a 200 feet hill will be made in the near future. Sai Brindavan is being constructed so that not only a spiritual Kendra but also as a historical, world famous, recreational Kendra, near Deshmukhi Village in 135 acres flanked by hills and valleys and it is adorned with scenic beauty. Visitors can experience both spiritual bliss and materialistic happiness

Rehabilitation centers: These centers are built for people suffering from AIDS and Leprosy. Also planning to conduct medical camps, and establish hospitals.

Medicinal plants: Plants (herbal plants) which have great medicinal value are to be grown in Sai Brindavan.

Marriage hall: The  trust also wants to provide wedding facilities to all the couples who want to marry in Baba’s presence in a holy place.

VIP guest houses and staff quarters: Construction of a 200 rooms complex in 5 floors with all amenities for accommodation for guests and staff.

Educational institutions: Establishment of educational institutions that will synchronize education with spirituality & modern technology. It is a victorious way of forming students with mixture of modern technical methods, culture, relations in all religions with brotherhood, love, affection, and patience.

Souvenirs: Bring out souvenirs describing the miracles of Sri Sai Baba and experiences of devotees and to spread Baba’s philosophy, principles, and goals in a simple language to everyone. A spiritual monthly magazine is to be released.

Libraries and Reading rooms: To collect, preserve and publish the spiritual literature of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, an establishment of libraries & reading rooms that will inspire the hope of the nation to develop service mindedness for spreading universal peace & fraternity.

To conduct Sai Sangeeta Vibhavari: Spreading of Sai devotion and path through cassettes, CDs, songs with the help of interested singers. Movies depicting the path, philosophy and message of Lord Sai Baba will also be made.

Sacred prayers: Planning to perform Sahasra Namarchana Puja on every Sunday. Devotees can offer prayers and Archana as per their convenience.
